Mountain biking is a rigorous potentially dangerous sport, the practice of which can result in serious, life threatening injuries. In consideration of my membership, I agree not to hold the Mid-South Trails Association (MSTA), or any of its members and/or directors liable for any injury or damage, however caused, which may result from my participation in any race or event of any sort sponsored by or linked to MSTA and/or its affiliates.

Donations can be made to MSTA using

Mid-South Trails Association is a
Tennessee non-profit public benefit corporation and
is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization.
Donations are tax deductable to the extent law allows. MSTA is now approved for corporate matching of donations by GlobalGiving and Benevity charity management.

Individual MSTA annual memberships are $40. You will receive a membership card that identifies you as an advocate of off road cycling and qualifies for discounts at most Memphis area bicycle shops.

Family MSTA annual memberships are $70. Family memberships include spouse and children age 17 and under. You will receive membership cards for all family members that identifies you as an advocate of off road cycling and qualifies for discounts at most Memphis area bicycle shops.

Mid-South Trails Association does not trade, share, sell, or in any other way release our member's personal information to any other organizations.

Mid-South Trails Association is funded by memberships and donations so we are completely independent. We are not part of a larger outside organization. This way we can best represent the interests of Mid-South area cyclists as we see them. MSTA stands on it's own and the leadership answers only to the members.
This web site, the forum system, all of our trail projects, and the insurance coverage that many land managers require for us to do those projects is paid for by the memberships that support
Mid-South Trails Association.
With the Trailblazer membership you become a member of both Mid-South Trails Association and Memphis Hightailers Bicycle Club. The price includes a discount from joining the clubs separately. You receive all member benefits offered by both organizations.
The individual membership is $75 and the family membership starts at $130. There is a $5 per member surcharge for each member starting at member 3. This surcharge goes to Memphis Hightrailers. Safe and convenient payment through PayPal.

For the last 5 years, our dues have remained the same but our insurance and other operating costs have increased. Due to the increasing expenses, we will have to raise our membership dues accordingly. This is necessary to keep
Mid-South Trails Association on a sound financial footing so we can continue to do trail projects in our area.
