MSTA Trail Crew
Tons accomplished today at Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park. With over 40 Naval Chief Petty Officers Leadership candidates and a handful of MSTA Volunteers we got a lot accomplished. We expected 15 and got over 60. Close to 4 miles of cut trail. Still many miles of trail to go.
Thank you to Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park for working with us to bring a new trail to the area. They have been great to work with in building the new trail. They are as excited as we are to having a trail at the park.
Thank you to all the Naval Chief Petty Officers Leadership Candidates for making today move fast and helping us get tons accomplished.
Thank you to the Shelby Forest General Store for donating bottled water and ice. If you go ride the trails stop by the store to get a bite to eat. Say hi to Doug.
Thank you to all those that donated funds for the bridge and other supplies. Go out and enjoy the trail. Special thanks to the anonymous donor that matched $500.
